Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the juan1365 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, promotional programmes, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Juan1365 and is made available to users located in the Philippines.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not currently have any existing juan1365 account that has been suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

Each person may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through proxy identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and activity of your juan1365 account. This means choosing a strong, unique password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone else, and logging out after each session — especially when using a shared or public device.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. If any of your details change — including your contact number, email address, or bank account — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

• You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify juan1365 support immediately.
• Juan1365 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or when we have reason to verify your identity. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request.

Juan1365 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Deposits & Payments

Juan1365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. There are no fees charged by juan1365 on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.

• Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically near-instant.
• All funds deposited are held in your juan1365 account balance and may be used for gameplay or withdrawn subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.
• You must only deposit funds that you own and that originate from legitimate sources. Juan1365 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.
• In cases where a payment is later reversed, charged back, or identified as fraudulent, juan1365 reserves the right to reverse any winnings associated with those funds and to close the relevant account.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your juan1365 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Your account must have completed the standard identity verification process before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Juan1365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be removed from your balance upon withdrawal request.
• Juan1365 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard processing times are: GCash and Maya — same business day; InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers — within one business day; card withdrawals — two to five business days.

Juan1365 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if additional verification is required or if there is a reasonable suspicion of account misuse. You will be informed of the reason and the expected timeframe for resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

Juan1365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before opting in.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds are removed automatically upon expiry.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games and betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.

Gameplay Rules

• All game results are produced by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Juan1365 does not manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — server error, interrupted connection, or software failure — affecting a game round or bet, the affected round may be declared void and stakes refunded. Juan1365 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• For sports and boxing betting markets, bets are settled based on the official result from the governing body or sanctioning organisation at the time of settlement. Juan1365 reserves the right to withhold settlement pending official confirmation.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion, the applicable market rules — available on the relevant betting page — will govern how bets on that event are handled.
• Juan1365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price that was published in error or as a result of a technical fault.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the juan1365 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or using false identity information to register.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an advantage over other participants.

• Using the Platform on behalf of another person, including accepting or placing bets as an agent.
• Attempting to access another player's account or obtaining their personal information without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, juan1365 will not be liable for:

• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or third-party provider outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses caused by your own breach of these Terms, including account security failures resulting from your actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits juan1365's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Suspension & Termination

Juan1365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or misuse of the Platform.
• Non-compliance with identity verification requests.
• Account use by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements.
• Court order, legal obligation, or regulatory requirement necessitating account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance held within the account may be forfeited if it is directly connected to the breach. Juan1365 will notify you of any action taken against your account and the reason for it, unless prohibited from doing so by law or regulatory obligation.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting the juan1365 support team. Any available balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your juan1365 account, a bet outcome, bonus settlement, or any other aspect of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Most issues are resolved quickly through direct communication.

If you continue to use the Platform after revised Terms have been published and the notice period has elapsed, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the new Terms take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the juan1365 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought before the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms continue in full force and effect.
